About Us

I Am Not My Body Inc is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering women and children through comprehensive programs that focus on health and wellness, childcare assistance, access to nutritious food, and events that foster personal and professional growth. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.

We recognize the pressing need to address the challenges faced by women and children in today's society. Limited access to resources and opportunities often hinders their ability to improve their health, secure stable employment, find suitable childcare, and actively participate in personal development activities. By offering a multifaceted approach, we aim to break these barriers and empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Our health and wellness program is designed to provide women and children with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to make informed decisions about their health. Through educational workshops, physical fitness sessions, and mental health counseling services, we deliver a holistic approach to well-being. By empowering women and children with the tools to prioritize their health, we believe they can achieve better outcomes in all aspects of their lives.

We understand the challenges of childcare that women and families face, which often present barriers to their education, employment, and personal growth. Through our childcare referral program, we aim to alleviate this burden by connecting reliable, affordable, and quality childcare services. By doing so, we enable women to pursue educational opportunities, gain meaningful employment, and actively engage in personal development activities, ultimately enhancing their overall well-being.

Access to nutritious food is a fundamental right that allows families to thrive. Our organization recognizes the importance of addressing food insecurity in empowering women and children. Through our food program, we strive to provide nutritious meals and access to fresh produce to those in need. Simultaneously, we educate families on the importance of proper nutrition and equip them with skills to make healthier choices ensuring their long-term sustainability.

Events are crucial in fostering personal and professional growth. We organize workshops, seminars, and networking events that provide women and children with opportunities to learn new skills, gain knowledge, and connect with others. By facilitating these gatherings, we create supportive networks and inspire personal growth, helping individuals unlock their full potential.

I Am Not My Body success relies on collaboration with local businesses, community organizations, and dedicated volunteers. By forging partnerships within the community, we strengthen the foundation of support for women maximize our impact, and make positive, lasting changes. We are dedicated to empowering women and children by providing comprehensive programs focused on health and wellness, childcare assistance, nutritious food access, and personal and professional growth opportunities. By addressing these critical areas, we strive to create a brighter future for women and children, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives and contribute meaningfully to society. Together, let us foster empowerment and create a more inclusive and equitable community for all.
